Dear student,
From the figure, we can only infer that $\angle ABD=\angle BAC+70^{\circ}$ .
We need some relation between the other set of angles to proceed further.

Let the extension of line DC be F
70+ $\angle$ EAB+ $\angle$ BAC=180(linear pair)
$\angle$ EAB+ $\angle$ BAC=110
$\angle$ EAC= $\angle$ ACF(alternate angles)
$\angle$ EAC+70=180(linear pair)
$\angle$ EAC=110
so $\angle$ ACF=110
we can see $\angle$ ACF= $\angle$ ABD (exterior angles)
so $\angle$ ABD=110
