Cost of white washing = f 498.96. Rate of white-washing = f 2 per sq. m. (i) Inside surface area = 498 96 m2 = 249.48 m2• 2 (ii) We have 2 x x r2 = 249.48 ,:i. = 249.4Sx 7 = 39.69 r = 6.3 m 44 .. Volume of the dome = 321tr3 = 32 x722 '3 3 x (6.3r m = 523.90 ms (approx.).
