Metals are those elements which are electropositive in nature.Ductility,melleability and lustre are the physical properties of metals while combustibility is the chemical property.The reaction of metals with oxygen of air is reffered to as combustion.Metals react with oxygen to form oxides which are basic in nature.Different metals reacts with oxygen differently.
