Reproduction : Reproduction means producing new individuals of the same kind. Reproduction is essential as it ensures the continuation of similar kinds of individuals, generation after generation. The two modes of reproduction are — sexual and asexual reproduction. Cloning is the production of an identical cell, any other living part or a complete organism.
