Hint: The Moon will move around its own and at the same time it rotates around the Earth, such movement results in the day and night in 24 hours, 12 hours each. Complete step by step solution: The moon has two movements, the first is that it will revolve around itself in its own axis and the second, it will move around the Earth. The moon takes 30 days to move around the Earth and it can be observed in the sky for 15 days and another 15 days it will be another side of the Earth that we cannot see. The process of revolving around itself and rotating around the Earth at the same time is called the Revolution. Therefore, the option is (D) is the correct answer, that the Moon movement around the Earth is called as the Revolution. Note: Be sure and come to know the exact meaning of the four options, mainly the terms Rotation and the Revolution will mean little different. The term rotation is the process of moving around anything, whereas the term revolution is the process of moving around itself and at the same time moving around any other source.
