Then how non contact force comes to play

non contact force are result as interactions of particles with other without a contact. Its all about quantum physics possibly.

Force comes into play when two bodies interact. The interaction is not necessarily through contact, the interaction can be electrostatic, gravitational etc.

Non contact Force comes to play under the influence of force of gravity,electrostatic,magnetic and electromagnetic forces.
