How female anopheles causes malaria. In our book it is given that
Malaria is caused by a one-celled parasite called a Plasmodium. Female Anopheles mosquitoes pick up the parasite from infected people when they bite to obtain blood needed to nurture their eggs. Inside the mosquito the parasites develop and reproduce. When the mosquito bites again, the parasites mix with its saliva and pass into the blood of the person being bitten.
my question is if it bits the infected person then it is not neseccary that the mosquito will only pick plasmodium bacteria. it can pick up any other bacteria also because there are many bacterias on this earth which spreads many other diseases

Yes you are right.

Female Anopheles is a vector only which transfers the Plasmodium from an infected person to a healthy person.
But there is a slight possibility that this mosquito could carry other microorganisms from the infected person’s blood if there are any in his blood. So the microorganisms has to be there in the blood of infected person.

Our immune system continuously work to clear out the micoorganisms from our body so there is a slight possibility for this to happen.
