Natural fibre: Fibres obtained from natural sources like plants and animals are called natural fibres. Examples: Cotton, Silk, Wool, Jute and Hemp. Artificial fibre: Fibres which are manufactured in laboratories and are not directly obtained from any living source are called artificial fibres. Examples: Rayon, Nylon, Polyester, Acrylic and Aramid.
