The people who drinks milks are called as vegetarian .
Btw there are no such pre defined criteria by which we can diffrentiate the eggitarian and vegetarian people .

The actual answer is that the people who drink milk are Ovo-Lacto Vegeterian.
These are the vegeterian who do not eat meat,poultry,fish and sea food, but do eat the by-product like egg and milk.
