As it is simplest source of carbohydrates(simple sugar) and so it don`t needs digestion and is easily absorbed by body to get instant energy

Glucose is a simple sugar. Carbohydrates, when consumed, have to be digested into glucose. As glucose can be easily absorbed in blood, it provides energy to the body. Hence, when glucose is directly taken, it does not have to be digested and thus acts as an instant source of energy.

Glucose is a monosaccharides. So, it is a simple sugar. So, it needs not to be digested. Thus, it can be quickly absorbed.Thereby making it perfect for producing energy in a very short period of time.

We get instant energy from glucose because it is a kind of pre-digested food and does not have to go through the slow digestive process of our body. It is the simplest form of carbohydrate(sugar) and is easily absorbed into our blood to provide quick energy.

Glucose is the simple form of carbohydrate which is readily used up by our body cells to provide energy. Glucose (dextrose) is the sole source of energy to the brain. Glucose undergoes oxidation inside the cell to produce ATP molecules which are said to be energy coins.
For example, during football match, the person run fast and his body loses some electrolytes along with water by dehydration process. As he consumes glucose, immediately his body gets rehydrated with energy also.
