Weather changes frequently than climate . Weather might be cloudy , hot , humid , sunny , etc.

Climate is a average seasonal condition of a place thus does not change frequently. But weather is the state of atmosphere for example the degree of temperature. E.g how hot, or cold it is or how sunny, clowdy or rainy it is.

Weather changes frequently.

Climate can be considered as the mean,so it cannot be changed so frequently.
