Can propyne be obtained from 1,1- dihalopropane, 2,2-dihalopropane, 1,3-dihalopropane and 1,4 dihalopropane?

yes propyne can be obtained by dehalogenation and in 1,3-dihalopropenne remove one halo group and then shifting of charge then again dehalogenation will give propune.
