why r carbocations generally formed in acid catalysed reactions?

in acid catalysed reactions,there is attack of H+ Which cause adeficiency of electrons  hence generally carbocation having deficiency of electrons get formed

in acid catalysed reaction, there should be attack of H+. as attack of H+ causes deficiency of electrons

so generally carbocation having defiency of electrons which get formed
