Grade 12Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

I know that 40% weightage will be given to boards. And 5 subjects would be considered PCM, ENGLISH and 1 more subject. Since my 5th subject is Phy Edu. Will it be considered or not? Or my percentage woud be reduced.

yes physical education vl be counted in 5 subjects...
