Grade 12Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

sir,according to the jee official site,i have scored 178/408...i belong to the obc category...many askiitian experts have predicted the cut offs to be in the range of 160-170...so do i hve a chance to get a rank of 1300-1400 in my category..?
