my marks are 248 in jee 2011. considering the easy paper what rank i can get and which iit i can get.

somewhere around 4000...

 AT THIS RANK

You will have to go for.....BHU chem or civil...

you will not get even a decent branch at IITG...So others(Five olds) are far from your reach .....So BhU is a better option..

 

If you can compromise with your branch badly  you can get IIT Kharagpur..
