let a multi question answer has correct answer a and b but if i answered a and d than am i going to get mark.(in iit jeee).how much.

no.instead you will end up getting negative marks if that model question has negative marking scheme..but if you answer only 'a'..sometimes you may have partial marking...but putting both a and d will give you negative marks..

 If question says , that step marking is allowed, then u'll get marks, if u bubble only single correct option out of multi-options(as in last year JEE-Paper 1).

You are going to get negative marking for this. If you answer only a you will get partial marking.. if it is there... if you answer a and b both, you get full marks.. However, even if u makr a single wrong choice.. you will get negative marking...
