Grade 12Marks and Rank in IIT JEE

If I score in physics,chem,math below the marks of minimum eligibility in boards(In my case ISC board).....but getting a suplementary mark sheet sitting for the board the next year satisfying the criteria of eligibility can I sit for IITJEE????
