If u are getting a good stream in NIT Trichy/warangal or Bits Pilani then definately NO. 

If not good chances through ccb , & u will be regular in preparation & would be targetting above 300 marks in jee 2011 then u should definately go for drop . 

Remember regularity can do wonders & is the biggest key for success in jee . U can't afford even a loss of one day while preparation.
