SIR I AM IIT-JEE AIR-3446 & AIEEE AIR-369 WITH THE STATE RANK-2.

I need the clarification of-
1.Does the ELECTRICAL OR MECHANICAL ENGG IN NEWLY STARTED iits better than preferring industrial engg in kharagpur?
2.Whether new iits Hyderabad,Gandhi nagar ,etc are fully equiped like reputed IITs like Chennai,Mumbai.

No, new IITs aren't fully equipped. Even many haven't got infrastructure of their own. It will take some years to come at the same level. If you are getting industrial production in kharagpur, then it's better you go for it.
