Hi my name is Arun, I got 1786 rank in obc list. What branches can I get? Will I get in the new IITs? By last year's opening and closing rank I won't but there is 9% more reservation. So how much of a difference will it make?

You will not get the very good branch in old IITs but you can try for New IITs and try for IIT hyderabad if you get any core branch ....
