Atoms present in solid are in solid state whether the atoms present in liquid is solid or liquid???????

Substances have states, not atoms. In solid, atoms are very close together and hence can not flow like liquids. It is due to intermolecular forces of attraction. Liquids have atoms that are more spaced out than solids. In gases, the atoms are very far apart.

physical state of a substance is not because of ohysical state of atoms
solid are solid because of tight packing due to high atomic attraction forces which are weaker in liquid that results in liquid state and weakest in gases which is gaseous state
