because neon gas is at low pressure and it is highly stable & it is at high conductivity.

hey karan,

neon gas is highly stable gas, unreactive gas. so it used in lamps. so that at even a very high temperature where a tungsten filament burns to provide light the neon gas will not react with it.

Dear student,
Please find the answer to your question.

Neon gas is highly stable and an unreactive gas. Hence it used in lamps. Even at a very high temperature where a tungsten filament burns to provide light the neon gas will not react.
