A GOOD CAPACITOR HAS THE ABILITY TO STORE THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CHARGE WITHOUT ANY LOSS WITH TIME.
WE KNOW THAT Q=CV , SO C=Q/V . So if the charge stored is more and the voltage applied across the capacitor we have taken is lesser, the capacitance will be more,.
