"IIT-BHU Ranks 2^nd in Google marketing contest, 2013"

In an online marketing contest organized by Google in India, IIT-BHU (IIT- Banaras Hindu University) secured the 2^nd

best rank.

The five member team of Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University registered 4^th position in Asia and

Pacific Region.The team bagged 22^nd rank globally.

Professor P.K. Mishra, from the department of chemical engineering, who was also the team in-charge, said the team
comprised only five members: Pushpendra Dwivedi (Captain), K. Visham Kumar, Divya Bhargavi, Prateek Hundekar,
and Santosh Inivavan from IIT-BHU.
