Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination (CPMEE)

ACEE (Association of Combined Entrance Examination) which is an association of private unaided medical and dental colleges of Uttarakhand is conducting Common Pre Medical Entrance Examination (CPMEE) 2017 for admission in the following courses in the state of Uttarakhand:

  • MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery)

  • BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery)

  • BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery)

  • BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery)

CPMEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria

All those who are interested in getting admission through CPMEE 2017 should be at least 17 years of age on or before December 31, 2017.

Some of the educational qualifications required by candidates for different medical courses are:

For MBBS, BDS and BAMS

Should have passed the 12th exam or an equivalent exam from a recognized board/university with at least 50% aggregate marks with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.

BHMS

Should have passed the 12th exam or an equivalent exam from a recognized board/university with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.

CPMEE 2017 Application Procedure

Application form can be either submitted offline or online.

  1. Online Submission - Interested candidates can apply for CPMEE 2017 by online filling of application form through the official website by paying the fees of Rs.1950/- through debit/card card or net banking. Once the payment is made, he/she cannot make any changes in the online application form. They have to upload the scanned photo and signature at the time of filling the application form online. The form can be filled from February 1, 2017 to February 15, 2017

  1. Offline Submission - It can be done either by hand or by post.

  • By Hand - He/she can get the application form from the Principal Office of the colleges affiliated to ACEE (mentioned on official website) by the cash payment of Rs.1950/-.

  • By Post - Application form along with information brochure can be obtained by sending a demand draft of Rs.2000/- drawn in the favor of "ACEE" payable at Rishikesh Uttarakhand to the Secretary (ACEE), SDCH, Veerbhadra Road, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand- 249203.

The exam will be held at centre in cities Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Delhi, Haldwani, Jammu, Patna, Bhubneshwar, Dehradun, Guwahati and Lucknow.

CPMEE 2017 Examination Pattern

  • Question paper will be in English or Hindi. The medium of question paper is to be selected at the time of filling the application form. However, the choice cannot be changed afterwards.

  • The question paper will have 200 multiple choice questions (MCQs) of subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Questions will be based on the syllabus of 10+2 examination of various boards.

  • All questions will have four choices out of which, only one is correct. She/he has to choose the correct one and mark accordingly. Each correct answer will be given one mark whereas no marks will be deducted for incorrect answer as there is no negative marking.

CPMEE 2017 Admit Card

Those who have filled the application form can download the admit card from the official website on or before May, 2017. This admit card has to kept properly till the admission in the institution is over.

CPMEE 2017 Result and Counseling

The result will be published on the official website by the second week of June 2017 after which counseling schedule will be declared. On the basis of merit and rank, seats in the respective colleges will be allotted.
