Past Question Papers of all All India Dental post graduate entrance exams
Preparation for the exam plays an important role in actually clearing the exams. Considering the intake for this college is only 45, the exam is highly competitive in that respect. You will need to work hard on your preparation style in order to crack the exam and go ahead with counseling.
Know the Syllabus
Preparation becomes easy when you have an idea of what exactly you are set to prepare. For example if you are aware of the syllabus and the type of questions being asked, preparing becomes easy. This is probably why you should study the whole syllabus mentioned
Study Past Papers
Once you know the syllabus, you need to study past papers to understand the kind of questions being tackled, the kind of portions being talked about. This would help you know what is important for evaluation purposes. You get an idea of how to study when you begin with this in the backdrop.
Plan the Schedule
When you are planning the schedule, you will need to divide it between first read, revision, and three days before the exam.
First Read: Plan out how much time you will need to spend for each subject in consideration. Once you are done with that, go on to see how many days are left before your exam. Now divide the days, leaving good enough days for the revision, and plan a good schedule for your study preparation. If you are currently working, or have your internship on, you may want to include all of that in your plan. Make sure you plan accounts for all the hours you will be working
Make thorough notes while you are on with your first read. These notes are always useful at the time when you plan out your revision.
Revision Study: Give yourself a three to four days break between your first read and the revision read. This would help you grasp and understand whatever you just learnt from your first read. Now plan your revision schedule during this gap. You can always plan out subjects that are your weak areas as ones to be studied first. You can move on to the rest of the schedule later. The revision schedule should be realistic, and should be mostly worked out in a way that you can accommodate your weak areas for study.
Analysis of Papers
You can’t escape with writing the papers only. You will need to analyze whatever you have submitted. See what is going wrong. Analyze every question, and determine why you have answered wrong, in case you have. By the end of it you will have full confidence
Stay Calm
While preparing for the exam, one thing you should always remember is that you should never worry. Being calm is the key to good preparation and a sound exam. Relaxation is highly important along with reading the right material.
The results will be notified in the month of February on the official website of the university.
The candidates will need to enter their registration number or their roll number on the website to find their results.
The candidates who have been shortlisted for the counseling would be informed personally as well as on the website where a list of the shortlisted candidates will be put up
