JEE Main 2022 is conducted in two shifts. There are 2 papers in JEE Main 2022. Paper 1 is of 3 hours duration and Paper 2 is of 3 hours and 30 minutes duration. The timings of JEE Main 2022 exam are: 

Paper 1 Timings 

First shift – 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon (IST)

Second shift – 03.00 p.m. to 06.00 p.m. (IST)

Paper 2 Timings 

First shift – 09.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. (IST)

Second shift – 03.00 p.m. to 06.30 p.m. (IST)

In the case of multiple-choice questions, four marks are awarded for each correct answer and there is a negative marking of one mark on each wrong answer.
