International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad or IIITH was established in 1998. It has 62nd rank as per NIRF in the category of engineering which is why many students want to seek admission in this institution. The IIIT Hyderabad campus is spread across 66 acres. The tuition fee for Single Degree programmes for the batch of 2022, for the academic year 2022-23 is INR 3,30,000/- per annum. The hostel charges are around INR 3,000/- per month and mess charges are approximately INR 4500/- per month. You have to pay the fee on a per-semester basis, before the start of every semester.
