Why playtoxin(C₁₂₉H₂₂₃N₃O₅₄) is consider as very complex oranic compounds compare to other organic compounds?????

Its simple thing , the complexicity of a organic compound is determined by its structure and the no of carbon atom bind with the otheratoms , 
so, due to its large structure and catagory , its considered as complex and harmfull also . 
i dnt there will be any organic compound , which have this much of large structure . its a ctually a fatty alcohol which was produced by some of the marine animals , 
its also called as maltoxin in terms of toxicity in mice .
