A piece of ice floats in water. The level of waterr remains unchanged when the ice melts completely.
what is the reason?

Because inside the ice there is a vacumn generated or may be air fillled/trapped inside.
And hence when melting that ai gap is filled by that melted water.
Hence, the level remains same.
