Grade 12IIT JEE Entrance Exam

I scored 119 and 128 in Mains and Advanced respectively in 2015. I stay in Maharashtra and go to MIT. Should I attempt JEE again? Moreover, can I give MH CET in 2016?

Yeah you can give JEE again if it wqas your first attempt.
You can give MHCET also .
