I have a problem with geometrical interpretation in Complex numbers.I’m unable to solve the problems quickly.So what should Ido to come across this problem?

The same problem was with me also. But with practice I am comfortable now. First of all start with replacing z by x+i y in the given expression. After practice you will be able to solve the problem in your mind. Also study coordinate geometry thoroughly.
