I suggest you to first read NCERT.because reading NCERT helps to clear concept very easily and then go for HCVERMA.It is a very good book.Try to solve each and every problem of HC VERMA.It will give you a big boost in clearing your concept.Then if time permits then solve IE RODOV.Please keep solution manual also and also ask here we will be clarifying each and every doubt
