Attractive force can be written as F=G(M1*M2/r2)
So just consider their mass (according to volume and assume the density of both the celestial body as similar) and then ddraw free body digram assuming all t6yhe masse3s odf the particles at the center. now you have two points and their gravitational forces are opposite to each other.
nNow let x is the point from the earth where it takes oplace. so here calcullate the forcwes and equate them

Equate the forces from the point (say x) to the moon and earth.
I think we get 36R.
