Hello Student Trophic level is basically the position occupied by any organism in a food chain. Trophic levels in ecosystem include Primary producers, primary consumer, secondary consumer, decomposers ultimately. Number of consumers in a food chain is variable. Primary produces are autotrophs (Plants). Consumers include harbivores, omnivores and carnivores. In the attached image you can find different trophic levels.
