Why is it that sometimes Microorganisms are able to fake detection tests, that even after presence of microbe, they are not detected in bloodex. Thphoid, Malaria, HIV etc.

Dear student 
Every disease is diagnosed by some factors like antigen, microbe, cell count, change in morphology of cell etc.
The instruments, processes and machinery that we use for determination of the disease can detect these factors only when they are present in a minimum amount.
