why do we get an rythm like sense as if as like the rythm of heart rate near the eye and many other parts of the body??

I think it should be due to the presence of various arteries like u feel pulse in hand because of radial artery and u can even feel that rhythm in front of elbow just medial to tendon biceps brachii that is brachial artery that is used for measuring blood pressure
