The question asked is ''not" a part of renal pyramid..so the answer is 3) convoluted tubules...as they are present in the cortical region..the loop of henle dips deep into the pyramid in juxtamedullary nephrons..but the bowmans capsule and the reabsorption tubules lie in the cortex

e collecting duct system begins in the renal cortex and extends deep into the medulla. These help in the maintaining the concentration of urine. These are not a partof the renal pyramid. So, the correct answer is option C

DEAR FRIEND

Renal pyramids are the conical areas of the medulla. Peritubular capillaries, collecting ducts and loop of Henle lie in the renal pyramids while convoluted tubules lie in the cortex of the kidney.

So, the correct answer (b).
