Gastric juice is the most acidic and therefore has the lowest pH. Saliva has a pH of around 7, which is the pH of water; pancreatic juice is basic and has a pH of about 8-9; intestinal juice is pretty similar in acidity/basicity as pancreatic juice; and bile is basic , while gastric juice has a pH of around 1-2.
