Which blood veaael in humans is heavily loaded with urea

Liver is the primary site of urea production because urea is a by-product of ornithine cycle in the liver.This urea is transported through the hepatic vein which will be excreted later by the kidney.Thus,hepatic vein carries largest amount of urea in mammals.
