Totipotency is the ability of all living cells potentially to regenerate whole new individuals eg cloning

Pluripotency is the potential of a cell to develop into more than one type of mature cell, depending on environment. A pluripotent cell can create all cell types except for extra embryonic tissue. eg, a stem cell which can differentiate into 3 germ layers i.e. endoderm, mesoderm, ectoderm.

Multipotency is the ability a cell to develop into closely related family of cells. eg a blood stem cell can develop into types of blood cells like erythrocytes, leucocytes etc but cannot develop into any other kind of cell i.e germ layer cell

UNIPOTENCY: IT IS THE ABILITY to self-renew but DIFFERENTIATE into only one type of CELL or TISSUE.
