What is the difference between cramps and fatigue?are they same?

No they are not the same .Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness which is distinct from weakness, and has a gradual onset. Unlike weakness, fatigue can be alleviated by periods of rest. Fatigue can have physical or mental causes.While cramps are due to the accumulation of lactic acid in tissues.
