Bile salts are formed in liver. It is stored in gall bladder for a while. And it helps in digestion. It helps in digestion in fats mainly.
Bile salts consist of sodium salts. bilirubin, water, chlesterol, fatty acid, lecithin, sodium, potassium, calcium, biocarbonate ions etc.
