What is scrotum what is its work and where does its placed and how it is helf ful for our body

Dear student

Scrotum is part of male external genitalia i. e., part of male reproductive system.

Scrotum is placed below penis.

It contains testis.

Sperm production requires temperature lower than body temperature therefore testis are present in scrotum.
