What is difference between thalessemia and sickel cell anemia

Thalasemia is a genetic blood disorder.The person having thalesemia has no ability to make enough haemoglobin in its RBC. It makes the person feeling tired and shows tameness . It can be treated by blood transfusion while sickle cell anaemia is an autosome linked recessive trait. It can be controlled at the embryonic stage. Its seems as sickle in shape and loss its tendency to supply oxygen in all organs of body due to low oxygen tension applied on haemoglobin.
