The state at which repeated administration of a drug may produce effects that are more pronounced than those produced by the first dose is called as cumulative effect . 
a substance that will remove the damaging oxidising agent in living organisms is called as antioxidants . 
Myasthenia gravis is a chronic autoimmune neuromuscular disease characterized by varying degrees of weakness of the skeletal (voluntary) muscles of the body. Myasthenia gravis is caused by a defect in the transmission of nerve impulses to muscles.
