HELLO 
There are two groups in nervous system of annelids 
The anterior group and a posterior group
and which consists of 4 types of receptors in which three of them are emergent with cilia and other receptor in non emergent with cilia 
Neurons with emergent cilia will be monocilaited colar cells and as well as monocilaited multinuclear cells without collar.
And also special vesicles in vesicle structure are loacated closer to the basal portion to the Cilia in some of the cells.
The non emergent Cilia border presebt colosely to the neighbouring epidermal cells and contains prominent interciliary vesicle.
