Dear student
The T wave represents ventricular repolarization. The T wave represents the return of the ventricles from excitation to a normal state. The end of T wave marks the end of ventricular systole and atrial diastole. The T wave will be followed by P wave which marks atrial depolarisation and atrial systole.
