Although the amount of glucose in Renal Artery is more but when the glucose is absorbed at specific parts of the nephrons, The glucose so absorbed is used in aerobic respiration to provide energy and hence the amount of glucose in Renal Vein is slightly lower than Renal Artery..Hope that solves your Problem!
